(Reuters) - Yahoo Inc said Tim Morse, the company's departing interim chief financial officer, will receive the severance benefits provided in his contract for a termination without cause.

Morse, who was recently replaced by Fortinet Inc CFO Ken Goldman, will get his base salary and target annual bonus for 12 months, and a prorated portion of his target annual bonus for 2013, Yahoo said in a regulatory filing.
